MESA/Email Password Procedures:
Windows:
Oracle
Calendar Desktop Client:
- Close Oracle Calendar.
- Click on the Start Button.
- Select Search.
- Select All
Files and Folders.
- Click on More
advanced options.
- Make sure Search
Hidden Files and Folders is checked.
- Click on More
advanced options again.
- Type (minus the quotes) “xtmlocal*”
into the All or part of the file
name box.
- Click the Search button.
- Delete both the files that appear.
- Log back into Oracle Calendar.
- Answer Yes when asked if you would like to have an Offline
Agenda. The program will ask you
this at every start up until you agree.
Internet
Explorer 6 Saved Passwords:
- Click on the Tools menu.
- Click on Internet
Options.
- Make sure you are on the Content tab.
- Click on Clear
Passwords. Please note this
will delete all stored passwords. There is no way to pick which passwords are deleted.
- Click OK.
Internet
Explorer 7 Saved Passwords:
- Click on the Tools menu.
- Click on Internet
Options.
- Make sure you are on the General tab.
- Click on the Delete button under Browsing
History.
- Click on the Delete passwords… button. Please note this will delete all stored passwords. There is no way to pick which passwords
are deleted.
- Click Yes.
- Click Close.
- Click OK.
Firefox 3
Saved Passwords:
- Click on the Tools menu.
- Click on Options.
- Select the Security tab.
- Click on the Saved Passwords button.
- Select an entry ending in gmu.edu.
- Click the Remove button.
- Repeat as necessary.
- Click Close.
- Click OK.

Click on Preferences.

Click on the Autofill button.

Click on the Edit button next to the phrase Usernames and Passwords.
