PIN (Personal Identification Number)

You will need your PIN to activate and/or reset your passwords for various accounts. The default for your 6 digit PIN is your birth month, day, year in the format (mmddyy). For example, if your birthday is March 1, 1980, your PIN will be (030180). If that does not work, try the format mmdd00, for example, 030100.This PIN will be used for the initial login to the Patriot Web Self Service. You will be required to change the PIN after the initial login.
