Instructions For Juniper Client Workarounds

Workaround for Vista 32 bit and XP 32 bit:

  1. Uninstall Juniper Client

  2. Remove Preferences when Prompted

  3. Reboot (shutdown - cold boot)

  4. Install Juniper 4.80 from ITU Support Center website

  5. Go to UAC.GMU.EDU

  6. In UAC Client, Config -> Profile -> Authentication

  7. Deselect Validate Server Certificate

  8. Reconnect

Workaround for Vista 64 bit:

Currently there is no workaround so, the only way to connect to the internet would be to provide us with your wired and/or wireless Ethernet address.

Workaround for Mac:

  1. Install Firefox

  2. Open Safari

  3. Authenticate

  4. When you get to the remediation page, minimize it.

  5. Open Firefox
