Welcome Students. This site aims to provide better service for students by ensuring that all the necessary information is recorded. This helps to make sure that we have your name, phonenumber (room, and other), email address, and problem description. This allows us to fix the problem more efficiently, and if necessary we can send it to another group that may have the means to fix the problem if we are unable. And also to note, if you send in an incident report, the incident should make it to the system as soon as possible, and you should receive contact from a Restech the next day a Restech is on duty. Restechs are off duty Friday and Saturday.
