Set Up Your Computer Hardware/Software/Internet

Residence Hall Assistance--Residence Halls now have Resident Technicians assigned to the housing areas to assist students with computing and network issues. "Res Tech" information is available at http://itusupport.gmu.edu/stg/network_connect.asp.

Internet Access in Residence Halls - For instructions on how to connect your computer to the residence hall network, see http://itusupport.gmu.edu/stg/network_connect.asp . Your resident technician is available to assist you, if needed.

Dial-Up to Intranet at Mason - Free dial-up to Mason's intranet is available. See http://itusupport.gmu.edu/STG/dial-up.asp for instructions.

Wireless Network - Wireless networks are available in specific locations throughout the campus. See http://wireless.gmu.edu for maps and directions for setting up your laptop for Mason's wireless network.
