Supported Software Guidelines

ITU has developed the following guidelines for software support to faculty, staff, and administration at George Mason University.

These guidelines adhere to George Mason University's Administrative Policy #1301 - Responsible Use of Computing.

The Supported Software List contains a complete listing of all ITU supported software and the support levels offered for each software application.

As new versions of supported software applications are released, older versions will be retired and support discontinued. ITU will support one prior version of the currently supported software version. Any earlier version will receive Limited Support (see ITU Support Levels for details). See http://itusupport.gmu.edu/desktopapps.asp for Typical Desktop Applications.
