P = Premier Support (full support - install, repair, training, telephone assistance, etc.).
L = Limited Support (ITU has familiarity, documentation readily available, will address time permitting).
D = Departmental Support (outside vendor provides support at department expense).
  Purchase Guideline Legend:
L = University license.
S = Shareware.
F = Freeware.
C = Cost to Department.
